Learning happens internally as well. Every other Friday, employees gather for our X by 2 Meetup, a company-wide knowledge-sharing session where team members share project insights, new technologies, and lessons learned.

Throughout the year, we also host a Lunch & Learn series, where employees share their expertise on topics such as leadership, AI, architecture, and emerging industry trends.

Additionally, employees participate in Special Interest Groups (SIGs), connecting colleagues across the company who share interests in areas like technology, consulting, architecture, and emerging topics such as AI and machine learning.

Mentorship That Supports Long-Term Growth

Professional growth doesn’t happen in isolation. At X by 2, every employee is paired with an Adviser shortly after joining the company.

Advisers serve as long-term mentors, helping employees navigate their careers, set development goals, and reflect on their growth over time.
